Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment.
We are an in-network provider for Delta Dental Premier and BC/BS of MA. We will submit most insurance claims for you for your convenience. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
Our practice is able to offer affordable payment plans options through our partner, CareCredit. CareCredit offers a variety of financing options that range from 6 months same as cash options or 24 months with a low fixed APR.
